Attached is an outreach initiative from Hockaday to
broaden its pool and search for diverse faculty and staff for the school. Please
attend or pass to interested parties who would consider working for independent
schools.

Hockaday will be hosting an Open House for potential faculty and staff members of
area independent school. Our “Open House” will be truly that—not a recruitment fair with
resumes exchanged and interviews scheduled, but rather an event that introduces
our guests to independent schools through a presentation and panel discussion,
followed by plenty of social time with more conversation opportunity.
